Submit a Loan Package
Based on the specific loan product, your personal loan processor will advise you of the additional required documents. All documentation will be reviewed for accuracy. Your personal loan processor will work directly with the lender, escrow, and borrowers to obtain all required documentation for a quick and compliant close. Your personal loan processor will keep you informed every step of the way.
Turn Times
- Loan Estimate Sent - within 24 hours
- Order Outs Requested - within 24 hours
VOE, VOD, VOM, VOR, Appraisal, Title, Hazard and Flood Certificates, VA and FHA Case Numbers , Tax Certificates
- Application Submission - within 48 hours of the return of signed Loan Estimate
- Approval Review - within 24 hours
How Velocity Gets Paid
We don't cost you a dime! Our fee is paid by the borrower in section B of the closing disclosure, allowing brokers and MLOs to earn — and keep — their full commission. Our fee does not count in QM 3% threshold calculations.
